RANDOLPH COUNTY HOUSING ADMINISTRATION: The RCHA Board of Directors meeting will be held today at noon at the RCHA office at 2280 Randolph Avenue in Elkins.

ELKINS-RANDOLPH COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY: The Regional Airport Authority: will hold its regular monthly meeting today at 5:00 pm at the terminal building.

MEAT TOWER: VFW Post 5781 will be hosting a meat shoot from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on July 17th at the post house in Harman. Refreshments will be provided. The next shoot will take place on August 21. For more information, contact Danie Ours at 304-227-4349.

PURCHASE BINGO AND PRIZE BASKET: The Strutters Stick and Dance Team will be hosting a Primitive Prize Basket and Bingo Bingo starting at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Junior Town Hall. USED ​​BOOK SALE: The Elkins Bookhounds, friends of the Elkins-Randolph County Public Library, will be holding a used book sale July 23-24 at the Elkins YMCA at 400 Davis Ave., next to the library. Selling hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Come pick up some great reading material for a donation and join the Elkins Bookhounds. Membership and renewal forms are available for purchase or at the library. Beginning July 1, donations of lightly used, undamaged books can be dropped off at the Elkins / Randolph County Public Library. No dated material such as textbooks, encyclopedias, magazines or damaged books will be accepted for sale.

THE TYGART VALLEY CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL WILD TURKEY FEDERATION: will hold its 24th Annual Hunting Heritage Banquet on August 7 at the Gandy Theater. Doors open at 5:00 pm and dinner is scheduled for 6:30 pm There will be dinner, live and silent auctions, games, raffles and more. Early bird tickets and the registration deadline are July 31st.
